Application effect of non-tracheal intubation anesthesia in thoracoscopic surgery

Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of non-tracheal intubation anesthesia in thoracoscopic surgery and to further analyze.MethodsFrom January 2013 to December 2016,81 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the objects,using computer generated random number,the object of study were divided into the control group(41 patients)and the experimental group(40 patients).The control group was given conventional thoracoscopic anesthesia,the experimental group was treated with non-tracheal intubation anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,operative success rate,the incidence rate of postoperative complication and the rate of recovery after surgery were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of HR,MAP and SpO2,as well as the success rate of operation (P＞0.05).The incidence rate of drug reactions caused by anesthesia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The activity time of down ground after operation and the time of eating after operation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn thoracoscopic surgery,the way of non-tracheal intubation can significantly reduce the adverse reactions caused by anesthesia,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,has a good clinical value.
