Abstract:Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and comprehensive nursing in patients with liver injury after acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) antiviral therapy.Methods A total of 150 AIDS patients admitted to Dongguan People′s Hospital,Guangdong Province from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine+comprehensive nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine+comprehensive nursing.The total effective rate,liver function indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,serum total bilirubin,and direct bilirubin in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,serum total bilirubin,and direct bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive nursing care can improve the liver function and improve the overall satisfaction of the patients after anti-virus treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying.
