Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Pediatric Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with Azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP).Methods A total of 128 children with MPP in Beijing Changping District Hospital from June 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (64 cases) and the observation group (64 cases) using the random number table method. The control group was treated with Azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with Pediatric Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid on the basic of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factor levels, disappearance time of symptoms and signs, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.31%, which was higher than 84.38% in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the levels of serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the IL-6, CRP and TNF-α level of observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the cough time, fever time, chest X-ray lesion disappearance time and lung rales disappearance time of observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Pediatric Feire Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with Azithromycin treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of children with MPP, reduce serum IL-6,CRP, and TNF-α levels, accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, which is safe and reliable.
