Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcome of elder pregnant women.Methods From June 2020 to April 2021, a total of 300 cases of pregnant and lyingin women with advanced age from Huizhou First Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care, the observation group combined with psychological intervention on the basis of regular standardized management during pregnancy.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores, complications during pregnancy and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of gestational anemia, gestational diabetes, fetal distress, and premature rupture of membranes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of premature delivery, macrosomia, and low birth weight among older women in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can relieve the anxiety and depression of elderly pregnant women, reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy, improve the pregnancy outcome of older pregnant women.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
