Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of insulin liproline and biosynthetic human insulin in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 98 cases of GDM patients who need insulin treatment in Foshan Chancheng District Central Hospital Chancheng District Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=49)and the control group(n=49)according to the random number table method. The study group was treated with liproline insulin and the control group was treated with biosynthetic human insulin.Blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum ketosis and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c and HOMA-IR of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the incidence of premature delivery, hyperhydramnios and cesarean section were lower than those of the control group, the incidence of neonatal macrosomia, hyperbilirubinemia, hypoglycemia and fetal distress were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin lispro in the treatment of GDM can effectively reduce the blood glucose level, improve the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, reduce neonatal complications, and the clinical effect is better than that of biosynthetic human insulin, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
