Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography of uterine scar healing on redelivery guidance and pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 70 cases of pregnant women who were admitted to Ji′an Central People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)according to the examination methods. The control group was treated with abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography, and the observation group was treated with vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography on the basis of the former. The displaying rates of uterine scar, thickness of lower uterine segment, delivery modes and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The scar displaying rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The thickness of lower uterine segment of different grades in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the rates of neonatal asphyxia, incomplete uterine rupture and massive postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of abdominal combined with vaginal ultrasonography for uterine scar healing has a more prominent effect, which effectively provides scientific guidance for clinical childbirth and improves the outcome of childbirth.
