Abstract:Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of multi-drug compatibility in Western medicine,so as to promote rational drug use in Western medicine.Methods A study was conducted on 1262 prescriptions of the Second People′s Hospital of Fuxin City from January to August 2018 to analyze the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by unreasonable multi-drug combination of Western medicine.Results Among the 1262 prescriptions of the Second People′s Hospital of Fuxin City,65 prescriptions (5.15%) of adverse reactions were caused by unreasonable combination of Western medicine.The main adverse reactions of the patients were digestive tract adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting (38.46%),skin allergy and pruritus (27.69%),dizziness,weakness and insomnia (30.77%),heart,liver,kidney and other important organ failure (3.08%).Aspirin,Cephalosporin and Aminophylline for a higher proportion,of the 65 prescriptions of adverse reactions caused by unreasonable combination of Western medicine,all were 30.77%.Conclusion In the Second People′s Hospital of Fuxin City of Western medicine,there is still the phenomenon of adverse reactions caused by unreasonable drug compatibility.Therefore,attention must be paid to strengthen the correct compatibility of drugs in clinical practice to ensure the rationality of drug use and reduce adverse reactions.
