Abstract：]Objective To collect the data of antibiotics in Dalian Stomatological Hospital for eight consecutive years from 2012 to 2019,and to evaluate the effect of special remediation activities of antibiotics.Methods Application data of antibiotics in Dalian Stomatological Hospital information system from 2012 to 2019 were collected,the utilization rate of antibiotics,the intensity of antibiotic use,the usage of all kinds of antimicrobial agents,the proportion of antibiotics used in the prevention of typeⅠincision,microbial testing rate of inpatients receiving antimicrobial therapy before use of antibiotics,ranking ratio of consumption sum/frequency and other indexes were analyzed.Results Compared with 2012,the antimicrobial agents usage rate of outpatient,emergence and inpatient respectively decreased 9.44%,14.56%and 35.22% in 2019,antimicrobial agents use intensity of inpatient patients decreased 63.26 DDDs/(100 persons·day),the proportion of inpatients receiving intravenous infusion and the amount of antibiotics used per capita decreased by 41.68% and 46.84% respectively,the rate of microbiological examination increased year by year before receiving antibiotics,type Ⅰincision without prophylactic medication for five consecutive years.Nitroimidazoles,macrolides and the first generation cephalosporins ranked the top three drugs in the ratio of consumption sum/frequency of drugs.Conclusion The data of eight consecutive years show that the use of antibiotics in this hospital has become more reasonable,but still need to strengthen management,prevent rebound,and continue to consolidate and improve the level of rational drug.
