Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of 308 nm excimer laser+Tacrolimus in the treatment of adult facial vitiligo. Methods Seventy patients with facial vitiligo admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into reference group (n=35) and research group (n=35) according to the random throwing method. The reference group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation, and the research group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser+Tacrolimus, the total effective rate, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH), interleukin-17 (IL-17) indexes levels before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 94.29%, which was higher than 77.14% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistical differences in the levels of ICAM-1, α-MSH and IL-17 before treatment between the groups (P>0.05). After treatment, ICAM-1 and IL-17 levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and α-MSH level was higher than that before treatment; after treatment, the levels of ICAM-1 and IL-17 in the research group were lower than those in the reference group, and the level of α-MSH was higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate in the research group was 11.43%, which was lower than that in the reference group (31.43%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser+Tacrolimus is effective in the treatment of adult facial vitiligo, and it has few adverse reactions, which has clinical promotion value.
