Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychotherapy combined with Risperidone on middle-aged and young schizophrenia.Methods A total of 108 young and middle-aged patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Jilin Provincial Neuropsychiatric Hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group (54 cases)and the observation group (54 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Risperidone,and the observation group was treated with psychotherapy combined with Risperidone.The clinical efficacy,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)score self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the comparison of SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);the SAS scores and the SDS score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of psychotherapy combined with Risperidone can enhance the curative effect of middle-aged and young schizophrenia,improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression and reduce adverse reactions.
