Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Risperidone combined with Citalopram regimen in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia from the Third Department of Clinical Medicine in Mental Health Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into Risperidone treatment group(40 cases)and combined treatment group(40 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the Risperidone treatment group were treated with Risperidone,and patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Citalopram combined with Risperidone.The total effective rate,drug onset time and length of stay were compared between the two groups;positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,total score of positive and negative symptom scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups;the total incidence of side effect of drugs was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the Risperidone treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,the total score of the positive and negative symptom scales between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,the total score of positive and negative symptom scales in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the Risperidone treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The drug onset time and length of stay in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the Risperidone treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of side effect between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Citalopram combined with Risperidone is effective in the patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia,which can effectively improve the patients′negative symptoms,and the onset time is shorter for combined medication,with higher safety.
