颈动脉超声C rouse积分法与血浆致动脉硬化指数对慢性精神分裂症患者颈动脉粥样硬化的预测价值

摘要目的探索颈动脉超声Crouse积分法和血浆致动脉硬化指数（AIP）对慢性精神分裂症患者颈动脉粥样硬化的预测意义。方法选取2019年6月至2021年2月江西省赣州市第三人民医院收治的150例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，按照颈动脉彩超结果分为颈动脉粥样硬化组（n=49）和非颈动脉粥样硬化组（n=101）。比较两组的实验室指标、AIP、Crouse积分。结果颈动脉粥样硬化组的总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）高于非颈动脉粥样硬化组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）低于非颈动脉粥样硬化组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。颈动脉粥样硬化组的AIP、Crouse积分高于非颈动脉粥样硬化组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在临床上，Crouse积分和AIP合并使用可以作为慢性精神分裂症患者颈动脉粥样硬化的“风向杆”，对慢性精神分裂症患者颈动脉粥样硬化的预测诊断有指示作用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the predictive significance of carotid ultrasound Crouse integration method and plasma arteriosclerosis index (AIP)in patients with chronic schizophrenia carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into carotid atherosclerosis group (n=49)and non-carotid atherosclerosis group(n=101)according to the results of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound.The laboratory indexes,AIP and Crouse scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)in carotid atherosclerosis group were higher than those in non-carotid atherosclerosis group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)was lower than those in non-carotid atherosclerosis group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of AIP and Crouse in carotid atherosclerotic group were higher than those in non-carotid atherosclerotic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the combination of crouse score and AIP could be used as a "windstalk" of carotid atherosclerosis in chronic schizophrenia patients,which is indicative for the predictive diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in chronic schizophrenia patients.
