Abstract:Objective To study the value of 3.0T magnetic resonance multimodal imaging in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods Retrospectively selected 62 patients with breast disease admitted to the Yichun People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the pathological examination results,a total of 68 lesions were divided into the benign group and the malignant group, the number of the benign group was 26 cases and the malignant group was 42 cases respectively. All patients were examined by 3.0T magnetic resonance multimodal imaging (including regular flat sweep and dynamic enhancement inspection)to observe the different morphological characteristics of the lesions and compare the diagnostic value under different parameters. Results The burr and lobular signs of the malignant group were more than those of the benign group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time-signal intensity curve classification of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the peak time of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the dynamic enhancement indicators, the early enhancement rate>100% can be used as the diagnostic criteria to achieve 100% sensitivity, followed by typeⅡ andⅢ curves, which were 90.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of breast lesions,3.0T magnetic resonance multimodal imaging could more accurately identify lesions, thereby improving the diagnostic value.
