Application value of Nano-Carbon combined with Methylene Blue tracer method in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer

Abstract:Objective To observe the application value of Nano-Carbon combined with Methylene Blue tracing method in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer,in order to provide clinical reference.Methods A total of 234 breast cancer patients diagnosed by breast tumor biopsy or puncture pathology in the First People′s Hospital of Jining City from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the combined group,the Methylene Blue group and the Nano-Carbon group,with 78 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were treated with breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy using Nano-Carbon combined with Methylene Blue tracing method,pure Methylene Blue tracing method and pure Nano-Carbon tracing method.The detection of sentinel lymph nodes in the three groups were observed and recorded.Results There were no significant difference in the detection rate,sensitivity,false negative rate and accuracy of the three groups (P>0.05).The average number of sentinel lymph nodes detected and the average number of positive sentinel lymph nodes in the combined group detected were higher than those in the methylene blue group and the nano-carbon group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Nano-Carbon combined with Methylene Blue tracing method for breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy has obvious advantages in the number of detections,and which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
