Abstract:Objective To compare the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signal transduction pathway proteins in placental tissues of preeclampsia and normal pregnant women, so as to provide experimental basis for the study of the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 30 single-child pregnant women who took cesarean delivery because of preeclampsia in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as study group.The control group was 30 cases of singleborn pregnant women with cesarean section due to scar uterus, narrow pelvis and misalignment.Then the expression of TNF-α in serum of two groups of pregnant women was detected by ELISA method and the expression of MAPK signal transduction pathway related protein p-p38, p-c-Jun-N-terminal kinase (p-JNK), p-extra cellular signal-regulated protein kinase (p-ERK) and downstream molecular nuclear factor-κBp65 (NF-κBp65), c-fos, c-Jun in placental tissue of two groups of pregnant women was detected by Western blot method.Results The expression level of serum TNF-α in study group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression of p-p38 and p-JNK in placental tissue of study group was higher than that in control group, the expression of p-ERK was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression of TNF-α in pregnant women′s serum was positively correlated with the expression level of p-p38, p-JNK in placental tissue,while negatively correlated with the expression level of p-ERK.The expression of downstream molecular NF-κBp65、c-fos、c-Jun of MAPK pathway in study group were higher than those in normal study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion MAPK signaling pathways may be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia by regulating the inflammatory response.
