Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Magnesium Valproate combined with situational communication training in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 58 patients with bipolar disorder in the Third People′s Hospital of Yichun,Jiangxi Province from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received Lithium Carbonate Tablets for treatment,and the observation group received Magnesium Valproate Tablets for treatment.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.Patients of both groups received situational communication training during treatment.The clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups was compared,and the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS),and short form of 36(SF-36),the levels of uric acid(UA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and albumin of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 68.97% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BRMS score,HAMD score and serum TNF-α and UA levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the SF-36 score and serum albumin level were higher than those before treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium Valproate combined with situational communication training can effectively reduce the degree of depression and mania in patients with bipolar disorder,and inhibit the inflammation in the body,improve the quality of life of the patients with better clinical efficacy.
