Clinical analysis on Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules in the treatment of short-term coronary slow blood flow after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules in the treatment of short-term coronary slow blood flow (CSF)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with short-term CSF after PCI who were admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2016 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the experiment group (34 cases)and the control group (26 cases).The control group was treated with Nicorandil,and the experimental group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules.Both groups were treated consecutively for one month.The treatment effect after treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the duration of chest pain,the frequency of chest pain episodes,the levels of serum TNF-α and hs-CRP before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the duration of chest pain in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The frequency of chest pain,serum TNF-α and hs-CRP levels in the groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with short-term CSF after PCI,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the therapeutic effect.
