Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between postoperative hypercoagulability and circulating tumor cells (CTC) in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 lung cancer patients admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Songshan Lake Central Hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to the detection results of peripheral blood CTC, they were divided into CTC-positive group (42 cases) and CTC-negative group (78 cases). The levels of D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB) and platelets (PLT)in peripheral blood of patients were detected and compared.According to the prognosis, the patients were divided into death group and survival group, and the influencing factors of postoperative prognosis were analyzed. Results The proportion of postoperative tumor metastasis, lymph node metastasis and TMN stage Ⅲin CTC-positive group were higher than those in CTC-negative group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of D-D,FIB and PLT in CTC-positive group were higher than those in CTC-negative group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At the end of follow-up, 5 patients were detached, which were divided into the death group(35 cases) and the survival group (80 cases) according to their prognosis. There were statistically significant differences in TMN staging and CTC between the two groups (P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that TMN stage and CTC were independent influencing factors of death (P<0.05).Conclusion CTC-positive lung cancer patients are prone to blood hypercoagulability after surgery, accompanied by postoperative tumor metastasis, which has a certain reference value for the postoperative prognosis of patients.
