全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆对围绝经期高血压患者的护理效果研究

摘要目的探讨围绝经期高血压患者采用全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆护理的效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年1月江西省中西医结合医院收治的70 例围绝经期高血压患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各35 例。对照组采用降压治疗和常规护理，观察组采用全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆护理，比较两组的睡眠质量、中医症候积分、即时血压和长期血压、不良反应及护理满意度。结果两组干预后的睡眠质量、中医症候积分低于干预前；干预后观察组的睡眠质量、中医症候积分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组即时血压和长期血压低于对照组，两组的收缩压18∶00＜12∶00＜6∶00，观察组的舒张压18∶00＜12∶00、6∶00，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论围绝经期高血压患者采用全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆护理有显著效果，可缓解患者的临床症状，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of holographic copper-bian-stone scraping combined with ear-point pressing bean-pressing care for perimenopausal hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 70 perimenopausal hypertensive patients who were admitted in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antihypertensive treatment and routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with holographic copper-bianstone scraping combined with ear acupoint pressing beans. The sleep quality, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores,immediate and long-term blood pressure, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep quality scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after intervention were lower than before the intervention, after the intervention, the sleep quality scores and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The immediate blood pressure and long-term blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the systolic blood pressure of the two groups were 18∶00＜12∶00＜6∶00, and the diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were 18∶00＜12∶00，6∶00, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group, the nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Perimenopausal hypertensive patients with holographic copper bian-stone scraping combined with ear-point pressing bean-pressing care has a significant effect, which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
