Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gallstones.Methods A total of 100 patients with gallstones admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were divided into the reference group (50 cases) and the nursing group (50 cases) according to the method of rolling dice.The reference group applied routine basic nursing care, while the nursing group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.The two groups of gallstone patients were compared before and after nursing for anxiety, depression, postoperative pain, hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications.Results The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) score, and visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the nursing group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hospital stay of the nursing group was shorter than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the nursing group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the nursing group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with gallstones is very good.It can not only shorten the hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, but also improve the psychological mood of patients, relieve pain, and increase clinical nursing satisfaction.
