Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with bodybuilding exercise in the treatment of postpartum rectus diastasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum rectus diastasis admitted to Jiangxi Baijia Aima Maternity Hospital between June 2019 and June 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine autonomous training,while the study group received rehabilitation physiotherapy and bodybuilding exercise.Clinical effect of the two groups were recorded.The inter recti distance,waist circumference recovery,lower back pain evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)and quality of life evaluated by 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inter recti distance,upper umbilical circumference,umbilical circumference and lower umbilical circumference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of thecontrol group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with bodybuilding exercise can improve the curative effect on postpartum rectus diastasis,improve the inter-rectus distance and recovery of waist circumference,reduce pain and improve quality of life.
