Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on joint function rehabilitation after tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 80 inpatient postoperative patients with tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to the First Department of Orthopedics of Yangjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)by lottery methods.The control group was given guidance and standardized knee joint functional exercises after operation,and the observation group was given intra-knee injection of Sodium Hyaluronate injection on the basis of the control group after 2 weeks after operation.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.After 6 weeks,the knee joint recovery of the two groups were recorded,and the pain scores of functional exercise at 2,4,and 6 weeks after operation and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain,symptoms,activities of daily living,exercise and recreational ability,knee joint-related quality of life,and the excellent and good rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the functional exercise VAS scores between the two groups at 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05).The functional exercise VAS scores in the observation group at 4 and 6 weeks after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate after tibial plateau fracture can effectively improving the knee joint function of patients,reducing the pain score of functional exercise,and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
