Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Synovitis Granules combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) combined with synovitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA complicated with synovitis admitted to the Third People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was injected with Sodium Hyaluronate, and the treatment group was injected with Sodium Hyaluronate + Synovitis Granules orally. The treatment effect, visual analogue scale (VAS) score and joint swelling degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, higher than that of the control group (76.7%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score and knee swelling score between two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, VAS score and knee swelling score in the two groups were lower than before, and VAS score and knee swelling score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Synovitis Granules and Sodium Hyaluronate has a significant effect on the treatment of KOA combined with synovitis, which has clinical promotion value.
