Application of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills after rotator cuff repair

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills after rotator cuff repair.Methods Seventy patients with rotator cuff tear treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and a test group according to a random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was injected with Sodium Hyaluronate after rotator cuff repair.The test group was given oral Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the basis of the control group,7 days was a course of treatment,and there were two courses.The visual analogue scale (VAS) score,the Constant-Murley score of the shoulder joint,and the passive movement were compared between the two groups before and after surgery half a month,1 and 3 months.Results Before surgery,there were no significant differences in VAS,Constant-Murley scores and passive activity between the two groups (P＞0.05).The VAS scores in the test group for half a month after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the Constant-Murley scores in the half and one and three months after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).In the test group,the degree of passive internal rotation was greater than that of the control group in the first half of the month,the degree of passive flexion and internal rotation were greater than those of the control group in the first month,the active flexion,passive external rotation and passive internal rotation activities at 3 months after operation were greater than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills after rotator cuff repair can effectively improve the pain and shoulder function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
