Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinicaleffectofMecobalamin Injection combined with Modified Shaoyaogancao Decoction and Taohongsiwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mecobalamin Injection, and the study group was treated with Mecobalamin Injection combined with Modified Shaoyaogancao Decoction and Taohongsiwu Decoction. The clinical curative effect, the incidence of adverse reaction, symptoms score, and the level of motor nerve conduction velocity and(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),homocysteine(Hcy),Cystatin C(Cys-C)levels before and after intervention in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the patients in the study group (92.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The MNCV and SNCV levels of the patients in the study group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,Cys-C and symptom scores in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.ConclusionMecobalamin Injection combined with Modified Shaoyaogancao Decoction and Taohongsiwu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve nerve conduction velocity and symptom score, reduce serum Cys-C and Hcy levels.
