Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of anterolateral thigh perforator flap combined with free skin graft combined with vacuum scaling drainage(VSD)in repairing soft tissue defects of extremities. Methods From April 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with soft tissue defects of limbs admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional flap repair and routine dressing change, while the observation group was treated with anterolateral thigh perforator flap combined with free skin grafting combined with VSD.The survival rate of skin flap transplantation, satisfaction of limb function recovery, postoperative complications and wound infection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate of skin flap transplantation and the satisfaction of limb function recovery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound infection rate and total incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterolateral thigh perforator flap combined with free skin graft combined with VSD can improve the survival rate of flap transplantation, reduce the incidence of infection and postoperative complications in patients with soft tissue defects of the extremities, and patients are satisfied with the recovery of limb function. It is worthy of being widely popularized.
