改良万向单滑轮牵引架的研制及在肩关节镜手术中的应用

摘要目的探讨改良万向单滑轮牵引架的研制及在肩关节镜手术中的应用。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月于赣南医学院第一附属医院行关节镜手术治疗的88 例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（44 例）和观察组（44 例），对照组采用传统牵引支架采取侧卧位，观察组采用改良万向单滑轮牵引架采取侧卧牵引体位。比较两组术前和术后6 h 舒适状况量表（GCQ）评分以及对牵引架应用的满意度。结果术后6 h 观察组GCQ 评分高于对照组，体位牵引总满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肩关节镜手术中采用改良万向单滑轮牵引架，能够提高患者舒适度，提升患者对体位牵引的满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the development of improved universal single pulley traction frame and its application in shoulder arthroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent arthroscopic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases)and the observation group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with the conventional beach chair position,and the observation group was treated with the improved universal single pulley traction frame to adopt the lateral lying traction position.The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)scores before and six hours after operation and the patients′ satisfaction with the application of the traction frame of the two groups were compared.Results Six hours after operation,the GCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction degree of postural traction was higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The improved universal single pulley traction frame used in shoulder arthroscopic surgery can improve the patient′s comfort and satisfaction with the position traction.
