Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation in the treatment of intraspinal tumors. Methods A total of 60 patients with intraspinal tumors in the Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)using a random number table method. The control group was treated with a microscope-assisted tumor resection, and the study group was treated with spinal internal fixation on the basis of the control group. The perioperative indicators, postoperative complications, and neurological function ratings before operation and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation, the neurological function ratings of the two groups were better than those before the operation, and the neurological function ratings of the study group was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscope-assisted tumor resection combined with spinal internal fixation can effectively reduce the neurological damage of patients with intraspinal tumors, reduce the incidence of complications, and have a positive impact on the patient′s postoperative recovery.
