Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of probiotics in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods A total of 70 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis from January 2019 to July 2020 in Haizhu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou City were selected as the research objects.All children were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by using a dice roll method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the study group was treated with probiotics on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and duration of clinical symptoms after medication in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the duration of clinical symptoms such as fever,dehydration,vomiting and diarrhea of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Probiotics can effectively shorten the duration of clinical symptoms of rotavirus enteritis in children,and the clinical effect is significant.
