手术室预防性护理对四肢开放性骨折患者术后切口感染的影响

摘要目的探讨手术室预防性护理对四肢开放性骨折患者术后切口感染的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年10月抚州市第一人民医院收治的60 例四肢开放性骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机摸球法分为对照组（30 例）与观察组（30 例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室预防性护理。比较两组的切口愈合优良度、术后切口感染发生率、护理认可度、生活自理能力与生活质量。结果两组比较，观察组的切口愈合优良度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的术后切口感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理认可度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的生活自理能力与生活质量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同组治疗前后比较，两组治疗后的生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论为四肢开放性骨折患者予以手术室预防性护理，可有效预防术后切口感染，加速伤口愈合，提高患者生活质量，获取患者的高度认可。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of preventive care in the operating room on postoperative wound infection in patients with open limb fractures.Methods Sixty patients with open limb fractures admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from May 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random touch method .The control group received routine care,and the observation group used preventive care in the operating room.The two groups′ wound healing goodness,incidence of postoperative wound infection,nursing acceptance,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the two groups,the goodness of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）; the incidence of postoperative wound infection in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The nursing recognition of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）; the self-care ability and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Comparing the same group before and after treatment,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Providing preventive care in the operating room for patients with open limb fractures can effectively prevent postoperative wound infection,accelerate wound healing,improve the quality of life of patients,and gain high recognition from patients.
