前馈控制理论在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

摘要目的分析前馈控制理论在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月佛山市南海区第七人民医院手术室实施常规护理期间行手术治疗的43 例患者作为对照组；另选取2019年8月—2020年8月佛山市南海区第七人民医院手术室实施前馈控制理论期间行手术治疗的43 例患者作为观察组。统计并比较两组护理风险事件发生情况、两组护理人员的护理质量评分及患者的护理满意度。结果观察组的护理风险事件总发生率（4.65%）低于对照组（18.60%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理质量中理论知识水平[（85.94±6.82）分]、护理工作态度[（86.08±6.93）分]、风险管理行为[（87.15±6.02）分]、护理文书书写质量[（88.92±7.14）分]、安全管理情况[（86.18±5.17）分]、相关法律知识[（83.19±5.18）分]评分均高于对照组[（76.52±5.31）、（76.84±6.24）、（76.41±5.92）、（75.16±6.10）、（75.14±5.23）、（76.19±5.15）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理总满意度（95.35%）高于对照组（79.07%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论前馈控制理论在手术室护理管理中应用效果确切，能够减少护理风险事件发生，从而为患者提供更加优质高效的手术室护理服务，促进护理质量和护理满意度的提升。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of feedforward control theory in nursing management of operating room.Methods A total of 43 patients who underwent surgical treatment during routine nursing in the operating room of the Seventh People′s Hospital of Nanhai District, Foshan City from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the control group.Another 43 patients who received surgical treatment during the implementation of feedforward control theory in the operating room of the Seventh People′s Hospital of Nanhai District, Foshan City from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group.The occurrence of nursing risk events, nursing quality scores of nursing staff and patients′ nursing satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group (2.33%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge ([85.94±6.82]points), nursing work attitude ([86.08±6.93]points), risk management behavior ([87.15±6.02]points), writing quality of nursing documents([88.92±7.14]points),safety management([86.18±5.17]points),relevant legal knowledge([83.19±5.18]points)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group ([76.52±5.31],[76.84±6.24],[76.41±5.92],[75.16±6.10],[75.14±5.23],[76.19±5.15]points), and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group (95.35%) was higher than that of control group (79.07%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of feedforward control theory in operating room nursing management is effective, which can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, so as to provide patients with more high-quality and efficient operating room nursing services, and promote the improvement of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
