Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of PDCA circulation management on nursing quality of blood purification room.Methods A total of 270 hemodialysis patients who were admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Huizhou from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the observation group(n=135)and the control group(n=135)according to random number table method.The observation group was given PDCA circulation management nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing compliance,the incidence of adverse events(nurse patient disputes)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was 99.25%,which was higher than 88.89% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 98.52%,which was higher than 88.89% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of nurse patient disputes in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 5.18% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation management in the nursing of hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the nursing compliance of severe patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events,enhance the nursing satisfaction of patients,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
