Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of key observation rooms in the management of clinical psychology department.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with depression treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2019 were retrospectively collected.A total of 58 patients with depression treated in the Department of Psychology of the Third People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2013 were included in the control group during the management period.A total of 68 patients with depression treated in the key observation room in the Department of Psychology of the Third People′s Hospital of Ji′an City from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2019 were included in the observation group during the management period.The scores of suicide attitude, self-injury, suicide, medical disputes and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before intervention and 30 days after intervention.Results After 30 days of intervention, the questionnaire of suicide attitude (QSA) scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of self-injury, suicide, and medical disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the total satisfaction rate of management in the observation group was 97.06%, which was higher than 79.31% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The management effect of the key observation room in the clinical psychology department is significant, which can effectively alleviate the suicidal attitude of patients and reduce the incidence of self-harm and self-harm, and it is beneficial to reduce medical disputes and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of comprehensive application in clinical psychology department.
