阿戈美拉汀和度洛西汀在首发抑郁症患者治疗中的应用比较

摘要目的比较阿戈美拉汀和度洛西汀在首发抑郁症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月营口市第四人民医院心理科收治的98 例首发抑郁症患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为A 组和B 组，每组各49 例。B 组患者应用度洛西汀口服治疗，A 组患者应用阿戈美拉汀口服治疗。两组用药周期均为4 个月。应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定两组患者治疗前后的抑郁程度改善情况，根据治疗后的HAMD 评分减分率评定两组患者的药物治疗效果，并记录分析两组的药物不良反应事件发生情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的HAMD评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的HAMD 评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且A 组患者治疗后的HAMD 评分均低于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A 组患者的治疗总有效率为93.88%，高于B 组患者的79.59%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A 组和B 组的不良反应总发生率分别为14.29%、18.37%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在首发抑郁症患者的治疗中，阿戈美拉汀和度洛西汀对于抑郁症状均有较好的控制效果，且药物的不良反应较少，但相比而言，阿戈美拉汀的疗效更为显著。

Abstract：Objective To compare the application effect of Agomelatin and Duloxetine in the treatment of first-episode depression.Methods A total of 98 patients with first-episode depression treated in the Department of Psychology of the Fourth People′s Hospital of Yingkou City from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A and group B,with 49 cases in each group.group B was treated with oral Duloxetine,and group A was treated with Agomelatin.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the improvement of depression degree of the two groups before and after treatment.The drug treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated according to the score reduction rate of HAMD after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups was recorded and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The HAMD score of patients in group A was lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59% of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B were 14.29% and 18.37% respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of first-episode depression patients,Agomelatin and Duloxetine have better control effect on depressive symptoms,and the adverse reactions of drugs are less,but in contrast,the efficacy of Agomelatin is more significant.
