心理科重症监护室护理在心理科重症监护室抑郁症患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨心理科重症监护室护理在心理科重症监护室抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取吉安市第三人民医院临床心理科2018年1月～2020年1月收治的100 例抑郁症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（50 例）与对照组（50 例）。对照组采用封闭式管理模式，实验组采用心理科重症监护室护理。比较两组入院时和入院4 周的自杀倾向率以及抑郁程度、生活质量。结果两组入院时的自杀风险各级占比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；入院4 周，实验组的自杀风险低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组护理前的抑郁评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组护理后的抑郁评分低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组护理后的抑郁评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的生理功能、躯体功能、睡眠质量、情感职能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理科重症监护室护理在心理科重症监护室抑郁症患者中的应用效果显著，可降低自杀倾向，缓解抑制程度，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intensive care unit nursing in patients with depression in psychological intensive care unit.Methods A total of 100 patients with depression admitted to the Department of Clinical Psychology in Jian′an Third People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with close-off management mode,and the experimental group was treated with psychological intensive care unit nursing.The suicidal tendency rates,depression degrees and quality of life of the two groups were compared at admission and 4 weeks after admission.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of suicide risk at all levels at admission between the two groups(P>0.05).Four weeks after admission,the suicide risk of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in depression score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The depression score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The depression score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical function,sleep quality and emotional function of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological intensive care unit nursing in patients with depression in psychological intensive care unit is significant,which can reduce the tendency of suicide,alleviate the degree of inhibition,and improve the quality of life.
