Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of 3D guide plate in minimally invasive soft channel puncture and drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods A total of 40 patients with HICH treated in Pingxiang People′s Hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects according to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (n=20) and the observation group (n=20).The control group was treated with stereotactic drainage, the observation group was treated with 3D guide plate soft channel puncture and drainage, the patients were followed up until 8 weeks after operation. The degree of neurological deficit, serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) and central neurological specific protein (S100-β) levels before and 8 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups, the occurrence of postoperative intracranial infection was counted between the two groups. Results Before operation, there was no statistical significant difference in the comparison of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores of both groups (P>0.05); 8 weeks after operation,the NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before operation, and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, there were statistical significant differences (P<0.05); before operation, there was no statistical significant difference in the comparison of serum NSE and S100-β levels of both groups(P>0.05);8 weeks after operation, the serum NSE and S100-β levels of both groups were lower than those before operation, and the serum NSE and S100-β levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative intracranial infection between the two groups (χ2=1.026, P=0.311). Conclusion The application effect of 3D guide plate in HICH soft channel minimally invasive puncture and drainage is better, which can effectively reduce the degree of neurological deficit and improve the neurological function of patients, and will not increase the risk of complications.
