Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of CT three-dimensional visualization in cerebral aneurysm intervention. Methods A total of 30 patients with cerebral aneurysm treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 15 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with CT three-dimensional visualization technology to assist the interventional treatment of cerebral aneurysms, and the control group was treated with conventional interventional embolization. The clinical efficacy, intervention time, hospital stay, Hunt-Hess classification, complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The interventional treatment time and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the Glasgow outcome score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the total effective rate, Hunt-Hess grading before and after operation and the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion CT three-dimensional visualization technology combined with cerebral aneurysm interventional treatment can save operation time and reduce postoperative complications, which is beneficial to promote the rapid recovery of patients, improve the prognosis of patients, and reduce the risk of disability. The clinical application is safe and reliable.
