经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘要目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2019年1～12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的96 例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（48 例）和观察组（48 例）。对照组患者采用小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除术，观察组患者采用经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术。比较两组患者的手术效果和并发症发生情况、疼痛评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组术后临床治疗有效率为95.83%，对照组的治疗有效率为83.33%，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组，简明健康测量量表评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床中，选择经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的手术方案，对腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果更理想，还能够帮助患者降低并发症发生率，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with small incision interlaminar fenestration of nucleus pulposus,while patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.The operation effect,complication rate,pain score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of postoperative clinical treatment in the observation group was 95.83%,and the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 83.33%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the postoperative visual analogue scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the concise health measurement scale score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the choice of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy has a better effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation,and can help patients reduce the probability of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
