Abstract：Objective Through the research and analysis of domestic journal literature in the field of elderly patients′ fall care in China,to provide reference for the research of elderly patients′fall care in China.Methods By searching the fulltext database of academic journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,the literatures on nursing care of elderly patients with falls from 2010 to 2019 were obtained. Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder (BICOMB) was used for bibliometric analysis. gCLUTA 2.0 software was used for visualization to reveal the research hotspots in this field. Results A total of 1132 related documents were obtained, including 1037 valid papers mainly from 241 journals with 913 high-frequency subject terms.Through two-way cluster analysis,domestic research on patients′ fall care can be summarized into seven clustering hotspots. The content mainly involves the factors of internal medicine and psychiatric inpatient falls, the effect of detailed nursing and comprehensive care on elderly patients′ falls, and the evaluation of related nursing methods in elderly patients after falls, etc. Conclusion The study reveals the hot spots in the field of elderly patients′ fall care in China and provides some references for the development direction of this field in China.
