护理风险管理预防老年患者跌倒、坠床发生的效果

摘要目的分析护理风险管理预防老年患者跌倒、坠床发生的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月～2018年12月我院94 例老年患者的临床资料，按照护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各47 例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理。比较两组跌倒、坠床发生情况及满意度。结果观察组跌倒及坠床的总发生率低于对照组，护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实施护理风险管理，可有效预防老年患者跌倒、坠床发生，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in prevention of falling and falling out of bed in senile patients.Methods The clinical data of 94 senile patients who were admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods, 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing risk management based on routine nursing.The incidence of falling, falling out of bed, total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of falling and falling out of bed in observation group was lower than that in control group, while the total nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can prevent the falling and falling out of bed in senile patients, and increase nursing satisfaction.
