Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hemiplegia. Methods Ninety-six patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was provided with early rehabilitation nursing. The nursing satisfaction, psychological state, and motor and cognitive function before and after nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the psychological state, motor,or cognitive function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, but the fugl-meyer(FMA)score and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the improvement of satisfaction of patients with hemiplegia, which is beneficial to the improvement ofmotor and cognitive function, and can also reduce the impact of adverse emotions. It is worthy of promotion and application.
