Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect, immune function and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and study group combined with psychological nursing on the basis of control group. The differences of therapeutic effect, immune function and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 80.43% in the study group, which was higher than 47.83% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of immune function indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of emotional status,physical status, functional status, family or social status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing is an important part of postoperative nursing for patients with colorectal cancer. Effective psychological nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, help to improve their immune function and quality of life,and has a good clinical effect.
