Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with uterine fibroid surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients underwent uterine fibroid surgery who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group(30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group carried out traditional nursing interventions, while the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions. The anus exhaust time, time to get out of bed, length of hospital stay, and complications were compared between the two groups. The visual analogue score(VAS) was used to assess the surgical tolerance of the two groups. The quality of life measurement scale (EORTC QLQC30) was used to assess the quality of life. Results The anal exhaust time, time to get out of bed, and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (16.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The social, physical emotional, role and cognitive scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroid surgery, comprehensive nursing intervention can not only shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life, but also reduce pain, reduce complications, and have high clinical application value.
