Application effect of delivery plan based on authorization theory in primiparae

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of delivery plan based on authorization theory in primiparae.Methods A total of 60 primiparas admitted to Ganzhou Xunwu Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing.The observation group adopted the individualized nursing mode based on the authorization theory, the delivery outcome, primiparae′s satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of perineum laceration, episiotomy, cesarean section, neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function, emotional function, role function and body function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the theory of authorization, it is helpful to make delivery plan for primipara, to reduce the occurrence of asphyxia and fetal distress, to improve the outcome of delivery, to improve satisfaction, and to have high clinical application value.
