Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of free body position delivery combined with labor analgesia in natural delivery(vaginal delivery). Methods A total of 100 parturients who gave birth naturally in Zhongyi Northeast International Hospita from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine midwifery, and the experimental group was given free body position delivery combined with labor analgesia. The delivery outcomes, stages of labor and pain situation were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, fetal distress in uterus and asphyxia neonatorum of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first, second and total stage of labor of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of the experimental group at 6,12 and 24 hours after delivery were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Free body position delivery combined with labor analgesia could shorten the stages of labor, relieve the pain of patients and improve the delivery outcome, which is worthy of recommendation.
