Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with ovarian cancer treated with drug chemotherapy. Methods A total of 50 cases of ovarian cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 for comparative analysis were selected.According to the random grouping by computer, patients were divided into the control group (n=25) given basic nursing care and the research group (n=25) given evidence-based nursing care. The patients in the two groups were all treated with the same chemotherapy drugs.Psychological status, quality of life and drug stress response were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in anxiety scale score and depression scale score between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of anxiety scale and depression scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The scores of physiological function, emotional state, physical function, social function and total health in the research group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The incidence of drug allergy in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in patients with ovarian cancer can effectively improve negative emotion and quality of life, it can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy to the greatest extent and ensure the quality of chemotherapy.
