Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, 29 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group implemented multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing combined psychological intervention. The symptoms, cognitive function, social function improvement and recurrence rate of schizophrenia were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in the pre-intervention positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), matrics consensus cognitive battery (MCCB), and the personal and social performance scale (PSP) scores (P>0.05).After intervention, the PANSS score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention, MCCB and PSP scores were higher than those before intervention, with statistical differences (P<0.05).After intervention, the PANSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the MCCB and PSP scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group within 6 months after discharge was 6.90%, which was slightly lower than 20.68% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention has high application value in patients with schizophrenia, which can alleviate schizophrenia symptoms, improve cognitive and social functions, and reduce the recurrence rate.
