Abstract:Objective To study the influence of cognitive behavioral nursing model on psychological status and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods From October 2018 to October 2020, 78 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (39 cases) and the observation group (39 cases) using random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and patients in the observation group were combined with a cognitive behavioral care model on the basis of routine care. Both groups were given nursing for 5 months. The changes of cognitive function, mental state and self-efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The scores of cognitive ability, correction of cognitive impairment, self-decompression, self-decision-making, and positive attitudes of the two groups of patients after nursing were higher than those of before nursing, the scores on cognitive ability, correction of cognitive impairment, self-decompression, self-decision-making, and positive attitude of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of nervousness, depression and panic of the two groups of patients were lower than those of before nursing, the scores of nervousness, depression and panic in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior nursing model can improve the psychological state of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy, improve self-efficacy and cognitive function, and the nursing effect is significant.
