Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nimodipine and Labetalol respectively in the treament of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 100 patients with preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B using random number table method,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nimodipine,while group B was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol.The curative effect，blood pressure and 24h urine protein changes before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.The levels of serum leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and Cystatin-C (Cys-C) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The pregnancy outcome and neonatal Apgar score of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate (94.00%) in group B was higher than that in the group A (80.00%),with statistical difference (P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24h urine protein levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24h urine protein levels in group B were lower than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum LIF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the level of Cys-C was lower than that before treatment,the level of LIF in group B was higher than that in group A,and the level of Cys-C was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Apgar score neonatal in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium Sulfate combined with Labetalol has better therapeutic effect,it can effectively reduce blood pressure and 24h urine protein level,improve serum LIF,Cys-C level and neonatal Apgar score.
