Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing methods, while the intervention group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention measures.After 6 months of intervention, the total awareness rate of health knowledge, treatment compliance, incidence of adverse reactions and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance, total health knowledge awareness rate and total nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the knowledge of the related diseases in the elderly schizophrenic inpatients, improve the patient′s doctor-based behavior, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and also increase the patient′s satisfaction with nursing services.It is worth promoting.
